Return Policy for HealthPulseMed.com
At HealthPulseMed.com, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction and well-being of our customers. Understanding the sensitive nature of our products, we have a specific return policy in place for the medicines we deliver.
Eligibility for Returns
- Incorrect or Damaged Goods: If you receive an incorrect order or if the medicines are damaged upon arrival, you are eligible for a return or exchange. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue.
- Unopened and Sealed: Only medicines that are unopened, unused, and have their seals intact are eligible for return. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used medicines.
- Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
Process for Returns
- Notification: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order details and the reason for return.
- Approval: Our team will review your return request. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the products.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for safely packaging and shipping the returned items to our specified address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Inspection: Upon receiving the return, our team will inspect the items. If they meet our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.
- Refund: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exceptions
- Prescription Medicines: Due to legal restrictions, prescription medicines are not eligible for return once they have been dispatched.
- Special Orders: Products that are specially ordered on request cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Customer Responsibility
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the order is correct before using the medicines. Always check the medicine’s name, dosage, and expiry date.
